It's all fun and games at Chelsea at the moment. With the side running away with the Premier League title and Antonio Conte breathing new life into the club, we imagine that the players are enjoying coming to work every day.

With so many elite level players performing to the best of their ability, the training sessions must be a real treat to be a part of.

And to keep things interesting, Conte has been devising a mini World Cup, comprised of three major countries – Spain, Brazil and England.

However, with one key player available for to play for two countries, the players set him up for some jokes given his choice.

After the session, Cesc Fabregas posted a picture to Instagram showing the winning Spanish side alongside the likes of Pedro, Cesar Azpilicueta, Marcos Alonso and honorary Spaniards Nemanja Matic and Thibaut Courtois.

However, there was one face missing – Diego Costa. The 28-year-old was born in Brazil but switched his nationality to Spanish and it would appear that he ditched his adopted country to feature for the land of his birth.

On the picture, Spanish defender Marcos Alonso posted a comment giving his opinion of Costa, which the striker most likely won't be keen on.

Alonso said: "Diego Costa… traitor," though it was obvious he was joking with the inclusion of a series of laughing emojis.

The fans jumped in on this and added a sea of their own emojis to go with it.

We can only presume that Costa was on Team Brazil alongside Willian, David Luiz and Kenedy.

Since switching allegiances in 2014, the striker has made 14 appearances for the Spanish national team, scoring four goals in the process.

He had made a name for himself in Spain, turning out for sides like Celta Vigo, Albacete, Valldolid and Rayo Vallecano, which were sandwiched between two spells with Atletico Madrid.

So fair play to him for feeling more Spanish than Brazilian.
