It’s been a couple of days since Barcelona’s unbelievable 6-1 victory over Paris Saint-German and we’re still struggling to, well, believe it.

You all know the story by now.

Barcelona needed three goals in the last couple of minutes and Sergi Roberto’s 95th-minute winner sent them through 6-5 on aggregate and completed the greatest Champions League comeback in history.

The Camp Nou was a scene of delirium after Roberto’s goal with every player, fan and member of coaching staff going absolutely crazy.

Lionel Messi celebrated with the fans, the majority of players bundled Roberto to the ground while Luis Enrique ran onto the pitch and did a little slide on his backside.

In truth, when Barcelona have won the competition in the past, celebrations probably weren’t as triumphant as what we saw on Tuesday night.

It was carnage.

A couple of weeks ago, it seemed that Barca would have to settle with just the Copa del Rey this season. However, after passage through to the last-eight of the Champions League and Real Madrid trying their hardest to throw away their lead at the top of La Liga, the treble now looks a real possibility.

Enrique’s side are currently top of the league - although Madrid are one point behind with a game in hand.

Barcelona's phrase

And the prospect of a treble triumph was in the players’ minds immediately after victory over PSG.

How do we know that? Well, according to Sport, there was a four-word phrase that the players kept repeating following the incredible win.

"'This doesn’t end here,' was one of the phrases repeated in the early hours of morning by the players, before they left Camp Nou,” report Sport.

If Barcelona fail to go on to win the Champions League, this comeback against PSG will be forgotten about quickly.

But, if this comeback spurs them on to glory in Cardiff come May, it will always be remembered as the catalyst for Barca - even more so if they end up with three trophies to their name this season.

Barcelona have somehow got to put the match against PSG to the back of their minds as they return to La Liga action this weekend with a visit to Deportivo.

That will certainly be easier said that done but if they want to fulfil their ‘this doesn’t end here’ phrase, they need to continue applying the pressure on Madrid in the league before their attentions return to the Champions League.
