Lost revenue frustrates Still

Published Add your comment

Dagenham & Redbridge manager John Still has expressed his disappointment after his side's clash with League Two leaders Brentford was postponed due to floodlight failure.

The match was scheduled to be shown live on Sky Sports but a sub-station failed shortly before the 7.45pm kick-off.

Still said: "We've lost a decent sum of money and we probably have the smallest budget in the league."

It is the second time the Daggers have had a game postponed this season due to a power cut.

The Daggers were leading Exeter 1-0 at Victoria Road in December when the match abandoned at half-time.
