The WWE is gearing up for WrestleMania and every superstar is doing what they can to take to the stage at the Showcase of the Immortals.
While all eyes are on superstars like Goldberg, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt, there are some superstars seemingly uninterested in appearing when WWE takes over Orlando.
A missing legend
Whilst the WrestleMania main event is set to feature two attitude era superstars, another man from that period hasn't been seen on WWE TV for some time.

Kane, the former World Champion and one of the marquee names from the attitude era has not been seen in WWE for some time.
The Big Red Machine has been absent for the entirety of 2017 and didn't even make an appearance at the Royal Rumble in January.

Kane once made history in the Royal Rumble in 2001 and has been a constant figure in the match ever since so his omission was a big statement.
According to a report by RingsideNews, there are several reasons why Kane hasn't been appearing on WWE TV recently.
Whilst the report states that Kane is dealing with several nagging injuries, he has reportedly asked for the time away from the ring.
Kane is also set to run for the Knox County Mayoral seat in 2018 so is taking time to prepare for an election campaign and to work on his insurance agency, the Jacobs Agency.
The former Devil's Favourite Demon is certainly keeping himself busy outside of the ring and his run for a Mayoral position could suggest that his time with the company could be done - especially as time is against him.
The clock is ticking
Kane is currently signed to a deal with a $905,000 downside with first class travel and accommodations.
Unfortunately though, the deal is set to expire in 2018 and with Kane looking at several other enterprises outside of the ring, the company's future deals with him could be much more restrictive.
Kane may not have the same attraction as other part time superstars such as Brock Lesnar and Goldberg, but it remains to be seen if he will be brought back for WrestleMania in three weeks time.
If Kane is to appear on the Grand Stage in Orlando, a perfect place for him could be in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal.
He could be one of the few superstars able to match up size wise with the early favourite to win the trophy, Braun Strowman.
