Like it or not, Roman Reigns is heading to WrestleMania 33 in a little under two weeks to take on The Undertaker – a massive honour in itself. While some are excited at the prospect of what’s in store for us fans, there are those that seriously don’t want to see this match take place.
'TAKER VS. REIGNS
The main reason for that? There are strong rumours that not only could Reigns leave Orlando the victor, but he could retire The Deadman in the process.

Despite that, WWE has continued the build-up towards the match this week on Monday Night RAW, and it happened during the main event match between Reigns and Braun Strowman.
While The Monster Among Men doesn’t have any concrete plans in place for the Grandest Stage of Them All, it’s expected that he’ll dominate in the Andre the Giant memorial battle royal, but he’s still playing a key role in Reigns’ feud with The Phenom.
The Undertaker can’t be on RAW every week to continue the build-up, so Strowman is almost filling in for him by attempting to take down Reigns, only this time, The Deadman got involved.
It was expected that he’d be featured in the match as he was rumoured to be backstage, and fans were loving the tense stare-off he had with The Big Dog.
Strowman then tried to attack him from behind, but The Undertaker was one step quicker and hit a huge Chokeslam before looking over the ropes – that’s where an interesting observation shows a brilliant reaction from The Deadman.
HE SAW IT COMING
As you’ll be able to see in the tweet below at around the 1:10 mark, The Phenom instantly regretted his decision to turn his back to Reigns as he knew what was awaiting him the second he turned around and he walked into a massive Spear.
While it seems like a predictable move that we have seen throughout the years, it’s this type of little mannerism which makes The Undertaker so special.
Rather than unsuspectingly turning around into a Spear and taking it like stars normally do, the fact he knew it was coming and showed that reaction clearly on camera just showed the amount of experience he has, and knew there was no way he could have avoided it.
It didn’t keep him down, though, as he managed to sit up in typical Deadman-style and sent a cut-throat gesture to Reigns on his way out.
It’ll be interesting to see what will happen between the two next week in the final episode of RAW before WrestleMania – and probably The Undertaker’s last too.
