Anthony Joshua is preparing for the biggest fight of his life at the moment as his date with Wladimir Klitschko edges closer.

On April 29 AJ will battle the 40-year-old Ukrainian at Wembley Stadium with 90,000 tickets sold.

The Watford-born fighter seems in tremendous shape ahead of the contest and plenty of fans are speculating that Joshua's power will be too much for the seasoned Klitschko.

AJ, 27, is already the IBF heavyweight champion, but he will have the chance to secure the WBA (Super) and IBO titles vacated by compatriot Tyson Fury.

So, how exactly has Joshua gotten himself into the insane shape that he has?

AJ released a video on Twitter on Tuesday showing all the different types of training he does from running and leaping in sand to standard weight training and plenty of agility exercises.

It certainly had a Rocky montage feel to it - sans Mickey Goldmill or Apollo Creed - and it's interesting to see the expansive regime the IBF champion puts himself through to get into his ridiculous shape.

It's not all lifting weights and getting bigger; Joshua puts a lot of work in to his speed that helps him stand out from many of the other heavyweights.

Deontay Wilder has a heavy right hand, but Joshua is far more explosive than the WBC heavyweight champion and most other men in the division.

Can Klitschko match Joshua? Maybe not in terms of power, but he certainly has the experience on his side to navigate his way through this bout and frustrate his foe.

Joshua currently has a perfect record of 18 wins via 18 knockouts and the way he is training, you wouldn't want to bet against him extending that run.
