It is expected that Goldberg and Brock Lesnar's match for the Universal championship at WrestleMania 33 will headline the event despite criticism from the fans.
The WWE universe is concerned that if their match main events the show, it could be badly received because of the limits which Goldberg has in terms of move set as well as fitness. The length of his previous matches in his run with the company so far haven't given fans a lot of confidence in him.
It is, therefore, clear to see why fans don't want this match to main event WrestleMania 33 as they feel it wouldn't be a fitting finish to the end of the show. However, the WCW icon is telling fans not to worry about it and has issued a big promise.

Speaking on the debut episode of Edge and Christian's Pod Of Awesomeness, Goldberg said that himself and The Beast know the challenges of changing the fan's perception of this match but has revealed how he will adjust that opinion.
According to PWInsider: "Goldberg promised a knockdown, drag-out "blood fest" at Wrestlemania and said they are both going to do things beyond the constraints of their previous encounters.
"Goldberg implied that they were not allowed to do very much in the first few encounters in order to garner interest in a third bout and to play on people's nostalgia of his character."
Many fans and WWE legends have said if the two can come together in the middle of the ring and put on a match for at least ten minutes with decent wrestling involved, they would be satisfied with the conclusion of their feud being for the title in the main event of WrestleMania.
Whether or not it will be a blood fest though remains to be seen, as WWE product is currently in the PG era, and this, therefore, would not be accepted. Going beyond what we have seen between them already at Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble, however, would be a sight the WWE universe would enjoy.
Goldberg is expected to drop the title in Orlando next weekend, blood fest or not, so that WWE can put the wheels in motion towards Roman Reigns conquering Lesnar and winning the title next year at WrestleMania 34.
