Sean Waltman, who is better known as X-Pac to most wrestling fans, sent his social media followers into meltdown this week after posting an image of himself looking in great shape. That seems to have become a trend in recent times – which is fantastic – as some of the older stars still competing, such as The Big Show, have documented their weight loss on social media quite a lot and it seems to have given others more confidence to show off their progress as well while motivating others to get in better shape.

WEIGHT LOSS

In fact, most recently we had current SmackDown LIVE star Luke Harper debut a new look at a house show where he was donning new gear after ditching his old attire.

However, what fans noticed right off the bat was that he was looking in much better shape after losing weight and his new gear really showed off a much leaner physique.

Now attention turns to the 44-year-old former WWE European Champion where he showed off his ripped physique as he looks almost unrecognisable – although you can probably blame him not wearing a bandana for that too.

Some huge names from the wrestling industry – including WWE Hall of Famer Jim Ross – took time out to congratulate X-Pac on his changed lifestyle and improved look.

NEW PHYSIQUE

Alongside the image, he posted: “Physically & mentally in the best shape of my life.”

One of the many reasons this comes as a nice surprise to his fans and colleagues is because his darkest times have also been major talking points throughout his career.

While competing under numerous gimmick throughout his time in WWE and WCW, X-Pac has had his battles with addiction and has been to rehab on multiple occasions which also caused him to miss the infamous MSG Curtain Call incident back in 1996.

So, it’s great to see that his rocky days are behind him as he’s enjoying great success with his podcast.

Fans were also quick to point out the progress he’s made, which is clear to see in an appearance he made on episode 1000 of Monday Night RAW.

While he was in good shape as the 1-2-3 Kid and was never ridiculously overweight once he called it a day on his wrestling career, he did display a fuller figure in that appearance, but those days look to be behind him now.
