The Cleveland Browns are the holders of the No. 1 pick in the 2017 NFL draft. The question is, what will they opt to do with it? The team is in desperate need of the answer at quarterback, and also could use an upgrade at multiple other positions on their roster.

Obviously, hearing that isn't very surprising, as the team managed to win just one game last season. They've also fallen off drastically from 2014, when they were 7-9, then followed that up with a 3-13 campaign last season, and finally a 1-15 run this past year. There is a whole lot of uncertainty surrounding this team right now, but apparently, there's one thing that is certain.

The Browns will not be trading the No. 1 pick in the draft, according to head coach Hue Jackson. As reported by ESPN's Pat McManamon, Jackson openly (and firmly) stated that the team will not be moving the pick.

"No," Jackson said. "I can tell you no on that one."

Many have said that the Browns could be looking at defensive end Myles Garrett, who has all the makings of an NFL superstar, but, they refuse to admit that to be the direction they're going yet either. Jackson did call Garrett "a tremendous player," and also left the door open for another trade to possibly be made.

It's easy to forget that the Browns have two high draft picks, also holding the No. 12 pick in the draft. When asked about trading that pick, as well as others, he did say the potential for that to happen would be there.

The whole deal is really focused on the fact that the Browns desperately need an upgrade at the quarterback position, and some scouts have questioned whether or not there's a clear-cut, day one starter in this draft.

While North Carolina's Mitchell Trubisky and Clemson's Deshaun Watson, specifically, have caught the eye of scouts, there are question marks surrounding each. Time will tell how this plays out, but with the draft just over a month away, the Browns have some major questions that need to be answered.

For now, though, we do know that the No. 1 pick in the draft will be made by the Browns, but have no idea who that player will wind up being. Stay tuned, because draft trades can certainly happen before the draft weekend actually begins, so there may be movement behind them at least.
