Last week, WWE officially started to construct the WrestleMania 33 set inside of the Camping World Stadium in Orlando, Florida. Now that the event is only a matter of days away, plenty of progress has been made in regards to what we will see on stage and the ring when WWE unveils it.

WRESTLEMANIA 33 SET

There are still a few days remaining until WWE makes the announcement, but that hasn’t stopped those already inside the stadium working on the set taking pictures of what it’s going to look like – and it looks absolutely incredible so far.

The biggest talking points this week have revolved around two things, and one of them can be seen from outside of the stadium.

‘Ultimate Thrill Ride’ is the tagline that has been given to this event, and the promotional material has revolved around a rollercoaster and we know WWE goes all out for this event, so they’ve constructed an actual rollercoaster on the stage.

Whether it’s fully functioning and works, though, remains to be seen.

The other noticeable thing is the long ramp, which begins on the stage which is covering a section of the seats, and goes down through the floor seats, and then towards the ring and the biggest complaint about that has been that the entrances will take much longer than usual.

However, a new image has shown that WWE has taken things one step further and all you need to do is look at the ring in the image below.

HUGE RING

WWE has decided to construct an actual, huge ring which sits above the ring the stars will compete in on Sunday night, and that too looks insane.

WWE fans have been quick to call this potentially the greatest WrestleMania set of all time, as the company continues to one-up what they did the previous year, but it could take something super special to top this next year in New Orleans.

Despite the excitement, fans also haven’t wasted any time in claiming this will be Shane McMahon’s dream set, as he tends to throw himself off of the strangest of places at the big events.

It seems like the company is also sticking with the Orlando theme, as their WrestleMania logo in the middle of the stage replicates the Universal Studios Florida globe in the same city.

While there may be some negativity surrounding the whole card with some lacklustre matches and questionable decisions in regards to the match order, you can be sure that WWE will ensure this is a visual spectacle the fans will never forget.
