John Cena is preparing to step away from the WWE spotlight for a bit, instead taking in the glow of Hollywood.

Before he sails into the big screen sea, though, he has one final stop in Orlando for WrestleMania 33. He'll be taking on The Miz and Maryse in a mixed tag team match alongside his girlfriend Nikki Bella.

Cena and Bella sat down with ESPN's Jonathan Coachman for his "Off the Top Rope" segment leading into WrestleMania, and both wrestlers explained why this event is so special for them as they prepare to mix it up together.

"I've been a part of the growth of WrestleMania for a decade-and-a-half now. I've seen it transform from arenas to stadiums, I've seen it grown in values of production to the greatest show, to what I believe is the greatest live entertainment on Earth," Cena said.

"You put WrestleMania out there and we sell 60,000 tickets off the name alone before a certain match is advertised. And I have been in the heat of a lot of those main event matches on the Grandest Stage of Them All ... I look forward to Sunday"

Bella was gushing over the opportunity to finally work with Cena on-camera, and explained how he's inspired her to push to be greater. John, similarly, had high praise for Bella and gave an anecdote about how she immediately wanted to return after breaking her neck.

Cena went on to explain why, out of all of his great WrestleMania matches, this match — which fans have been down on since the announcement — will be unforgettable to him

"Sunday will be my most memorable WrestleMania moment, because it's not just me out there alone. I literally get to bring someone that I love into something that I love. I view WWE in such a different way than everyone else.

"WrestleMania is a must see, it is a spectacular, but Nicole will tell you. I view what we do in a very different way than any other superstar you talk to here."

Cena didn't miss a chance to bring things back to his match against The Miz, either.

"This is such a great moment of having gone through all of this trash with Miz and Maryse, to be able to actually go out there and you get to feel what I feel every single night, and I'm so happy for that. I cannot wait for this Sunday.

"I've been in a lot of high-profile situations, and I can name a hall of fame list that I've been in there face-to-face with, but this is really special for me."

We'll see if Cena can defy his critics once again and put on something truly memorable once the show gets underway.
