During this summer's transfer window there are likely to be some huge moves involving some obscene amounts of money that will undoubtedly grab the majority of the headlines.

However, like most windows, there will also be a few moves that won't cost the earth but will still represent good business for all involved.

Both Antoine Griezmann and Eden Hazard are expected to be the subjects of some hefty speculation, bit one player who could be moving on under the radar is Real Madrid centre-back Pepe.

The veteran defender has his contract expiring this summer, and with no offer of an extension in sight he can expect to be moved on for free at some point over the summer.

Despite his ripe old age of 34, he will still represent good business for any top flight club across Europe, and according to a report in Marca he'll have two giant clubs to choose from when deciding his next move.

The report claims that both Manchester City and Paris Saint Germain are keeping tabs on his situation, with the two Champions League regulars eager to add his considerable experience to their back lines.

The Portuguese international had been keen to stay with Real Madrid, but has opted instead to move on after they refused to offer him to ten-year deal he'd been hoping for. It seems that at his age the best they could offer was a one-year extension.

Chinese Super League giants Hebei Fortune had reportedly offering him a stunning net salary of €12 million, but he is still harbouring hopes of making it into Portugal's squad for the 2018 World Cup, and that has ultimately influenced his decision to remain in Europe.

He could represent a strong option for City, as manager Pep Guardiola has struggled to find a regular defensive partner for John Stones in the absence of crocked captain Vincent Kompany.

City will also have the lure of Champions League football without the stigma of having seen their side crumble to an almighty collapse like PSG suffered during their recent encounter with Barcelona.

Since signing for Los Blancos back in 2007, he has gone on to to make over 300 appearances in Spain, winning two La Liga titles and two Champions League trophies.

So whoever ends up signing him will be getting a real winner for an absolute bargain.
