If there's one team that knows how to put their fans through the mill, it's Tottenham Hotspur.Whatever happened between Chelsea and Manchester City at Stamford Bridge, Spurs had to win their game against Swansea to maintain any last title hopes. It's fair to say that for most of the game, things didn't exactly go to plan for Mauricio Pochettino. The Lilywhites boss had to field an under-strength team in the absence of Harry Kane, Danny Rose, and Hugo Lloris. In fact, just to give a rough idea of Spurs' injury problems, Moussa Sissoko was starting. Exactly.Tottenham old boy Wayne Routledge opened the scoring for Swansea after 11 minutes with a goal that looked as if it was going to steer the hosts away from the relegation zone.Yet, what a night of drama we were in for.

Tottenham are still in it

In the 88th minute, Spurs were still trailing. That was until Dele Alli, Heung-Min Son, and Christian Eriksen smashed in three goals in six minutes to send the away end absolutely mental.

Back in London, Chelsea must have been keeping a keen eye on proceedings. For most of their game, it seemed they were about to extend their lead to 10 points, but their 2-1 win over Manchester City was still hugely significant.

Eden Hazard got the all-important goals to seal Pep Guardiola's sixth league defeat of the season.

Chelsea did what they had to do

The fans clearly knew just how important that was. If you didn't know any better, you'd be forgiven for thinking Chelsea had won the league already judging by the scenes at the final whistle.

There was one man who did know better, though, and that was Antonio Conte.

The Italian has done this all before, winning three Serie A titles with Juventus.

Unsurprisingly then, there was only one thing on his mind as soon as the game was over, and that was finding out how Tottenham had got on.

Take a look how he reacted when told of their 3-1 scoreline by one of his assistants.

Had Spurs not come to life in the dying minutes, then there really would have been cause for celebration at Chelsea.

It's 'as you were' in the title race, but it remains to be seen if there will be any more twists between now and the end of the season.

Is the title race still on? Have your say in the comments.
