The first night of the Superstar shake up brought about a lot of surprises for the superstars of Monday Night RAW.

While the opening segment of the show brought three new faces to the brand in Miz, Maryse and Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose, one arrival left fans more shocked than anyone else.

The arrival of Wyatt

No less than 11 superstars confirmed themselves a part of the RAW roster on Monday night as part of the shake up.

However the biggest name to switch allegiances was the former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt who became a member of the red brand.

Wyatt announced his arrival on Monday Nights in a typical way, by speaking from a dark room following a surprise appearance.

Most notably from Wyatt however, was that he warned the first ever Universal Champion Finn Balor that he will be watching him.

Balor, whose alter ego the Demon King has been a dream match up for Wyatt for a long time in the minds of the fans and now it looks like it may be close to happening.

Wyatt warned Balor to watch himself because he would also be watching him in another of his typically ominous messages.

Moments before Wyatt's message, Balor made his return to singles action by defeating Jinder Mahaal on RAW.

A further seven superstars joined Maryse, Miz, Ambrose and Wyatt on RAW, including Curt Hawkins, Apollo Crews, Kalisto, Alexa Bliss, Mickie James and the former Smackdown Tag Team champions, Heath Slater and Rhyno.

Wyatt targeting Balor was a huge announcement, but the Eater of Worlds had another big revelation to make.

A cross branded main event

Last Tuesday on Smackdown, Wyatt evoked his rematch clause for the WWE Championship and challenged Randy Orton to a House of Horrors match.

Typically, fans assumed that the match would take place at the next Smackdown exclusive event Backlash in May.

However Wyatt would reveal that the match will actually happen in three weeks time at the RAW event Payback.

Meaning that the Smackdown title will be defended on a RAW show, Payback looks to have finally gotten it's much needed title match.

Ever since Brock Lesnar claimed the Universal Championship at WrestleMania, fans have wondered just when he will defend his title first.

It looks like the Universal title won't be on the line at Payback, so Smackdown will help out and give RAW's show a title match.
