A familiar feeling rained down on Barcelona at the Juventus Stadium last night as the Spanish giants fell to a 3-0 defeat in the first leg of their Champions League quarter-final showdown with Juventus. One could be forgiven for thinking the Catalan side might have learned some lessons from their last 16 first leg debacle in Paris back in February, but it would appear not.Barca fell to a 4-0 first leg defeat against PSG and it took a miraculous 6-1 victory in the second leg at the Nou Camp to make it to the final eight. But the same mistakes were made in Italy on Tuesday night. Once again, their opposition played with more intensity and fire leaving Barcelona's possession-play ponderous.Argentine forward Paulo Dybala scored a brace for Juve to take his goal tally for the season to 16 and the 23-year-old caused Lionel Messi and co. problems all night.Giorgio Chiellini chipped in with the third goal, but it was Dybala's second that really rattled Barcelona manager Luis Enrique. As you can see from the video clip below, the former winger was pulling his hair out as Dybala was afforded all the time in the world on the edge of the box to fire home a cultured left-foot effort.

Still, despite his obvious frustration, the coach wasn't pointing fingers anywhere but at himself.

"It was a difficult first half, very similar to the one in Paris and the second was much better," Luis Enrique told Mediaset. "If you gift the first half, then obviously you're going to have problems.

"A coach does everything to help the team and prepare them, but evidently I did not. We have to improve, learn from these mistakes, analyse the game carefully and realise where we went wrong.

"It's the second time this has happened. It's hard to think of a remuntada [comeback], but we'll try to get back on our feet and put in a good performance in the second leg.

"It's not good to pick on single players after a defeat. It's a defeat for the whole team, starting with the coach."

Enrique has of course already announced that he will leave Barcelona at the end of the season and speculation continues as to who will replace the decorated coach.

The current favourite with the bookies is an in-house appointment; assistant manager Juan Carlos Unzue.
