Sergio Ramos is proving himself to be a real menace in front of goal this season, and has already reached double figures with a lot still to play for.Never before had the 31-year-old hit double figures in terms of goals for a single season, but this season he finds himself with 10 to his name across all competitions.Specialising in late goals, the amount of points he has won for Los Bancos this term has proved invaluable and there is no way they'd be at the top of the table without his prowess in front of goal. But it's not only in the league that his goals have come at crucial times, as his efforts have extended to both the Copa Del Rey as well as the Champions League. And now a new video from Spanish TV station El Chiringuito has emerged to show exactly how he orchestrates his headed goals.During the week, Real travelled to Germany to take on Bayern Munich in the Champions League, and while they came away with a valuable 2-1 lead for the second leg, it appears that most of the analysis is surrounding Ramos' cancelled header.Conferring with Toni Kroos, who took the free kick, Ramos appears to identify exactly where he needs to be and where he needs the German international to put the ball for him to get on the end of.What's most impressive about the video is that he appears to communicate with Kroos with just a few subtle nods of the head. It provides a fascinating insight into how his mind works in dead ball situations. See for yourself below...

You can see exactly how his mind is working as he sees the situation unfolding, before visualising the best outcome and putting his plan in place by directing his teammates around with little more than a few gentle head movements.

However, there was just one problem with the outcome; the goal was ruled out for offside. His starting position was beyond the last defender and luckily for Bayern the linesman spotted this and flagged him for it as he ran off to celebrate.

While it would have been much more impressive if it had counted, it is still interesting to see just how one of the world's best defenders operates when orchestrating an attack. This kind of work has worked out a number of times already this season, and all he has to do in future is watch that line to ensure he stays onside.
