Barcelona were stunned for the second time in the Champions League this season, following their 3-0 first-leg quarter-final loss at Juventus on Tuesday.

The Catalan giants made hard work of reaching the quarter-finals of the competition in the first place; having to make European history by coming from 4-0 down at Paris Saint-Germain to win 6-5 on aggregate.

It is a game that will be remembered for many years to come in a truly magnificent night of European football at the Camp Nou, and Luis Enrique's men face having to do it all again against the reigning Serie A champions.

After the colossal task that faced the Blaugrana in their previous Champions League tie, it would have been fair to assume that Enrique's men had learned their lesson. But in Turin last Tuesday, it appeared that the players' memories lived short.

The highly-rated and sought-after Juventus forward Paulo Dybala ran the show as his two first-half goals stunned Barcelona, while Italy international Giorgio Chiellini looked to kill off the tie with a header ten minutes after the break.

And the Italian veteran defender, who helped in swinging the odds in Juve's favour, has warned his teammates to remember exactly what Barcelona did to PSG in the previous round and what they will have to do to overcome the Spanish giants.

Chiellini reveals tactical master plan

"If we can keep their key players away from the danger areas, press them high up the field and remain compact and organised, it will make life very difficult for them. If we go there, sit back and try to soak up pressure, we will lose," said Chiellini, per Goal.

Barcelona were quick off the mark in their famous victory against PSG, with Luis Suarez taking just three minutes to get the home side off the mark, and Chiellini quite aptly described the famed MSN trio which he claims his teammates will have to be "brave" to face.

"Barcelona have the best frontline in the world and their three strikers are probably three of the top five individuals," Chiellini added.

"They are extraordinary players, each with their own unique qualities. You prepare for challenges like this by closing the spaces and being brave in what you do.

Famed MSN smell the blood

"These guys are like sharks; if you show a sign of nerves, they smell the blood and finish you off. Instead, you have to push them back as far as you can, double up when they are in possession and shut down the lines between defence and midfield.

"If you can escape their press, Barca can struggle with balls over the top into the space behind. Knowing what you need to do though is one thing, producing it when you need to is another thing altogether."

And producing another convincing display would certainly help Juventus some way in securing a place in the semi-finals.

For Barcelona, however, their famous MSN trio will arguably have to exceed their achievements against PSG if they can help somewhat in finding the minimum three goals they require to stand any chance of progressing to the last four of the Champions League.
