The Superstar Shake-up went a long way to reshaping the WWE rosters and while fans may have felt that it was lob-sided when it finished, that doesn't mean that its the end of the new faces in the company.
Many of the biggest names left Smackdown Live during the shake-up and despite losing names like Intercontinental Champion Dean Ambrose, Bray Wyatt and two time Women's Champion Alexa Bliss, there is still a plan for the blue brand.
New faces coming to Smackdown
Whilst Tuesday's episode of Smackdown Live highlighted just how much talent the roster has lost, another big rumour has given it hope.

As reported by SportsKeeda, former TNA duo Maria Kanellis and Mike Bennett have been offered WWE contracts.
The real life married couple were reportedly offered WWE contracts to join the main roster as a part of Smackdown Live on Tuesday.
It was announced in early march that Kanellis and Bennett had departed TNA and they now appear to be on their way to the WWE.
Kanellis herself is a former WWE superstar so will provide a familiar face for the fans while Bennett will be relatively unknown to those who don't follow other promotions.
Bryan Alvarez mentioned on Wrestling Observer Live that he had attempted to get the pair on the show last month, but they were no longer taking any shows.
That is usually a sign that free agents have signed with a new promotion and the two match the WWE main card style perfectly to head straight to Tuesday nights.
While there is currently no rumoured debut date for the two on Tuesday nights, they are expected to be arriving soon and will certainly add a lot to the Smackdown Live roster.
The new it couple?
Smackdown lost the Miz and Maryse during the Superstar Shake Up and with the absence of John Cena and Nikki Bella, there is an opening for a new 'it couple' on Smackdown.
Kanellis will be greeted by a lot of competition in the Smackdown Women's division following the recent arrival of Charlotte onto Tuesday nights.
Bennett however will get the chance to compete against the likes of WWE Champion Randy Orton, Baron Corbin and even former another TNA star AJ Styles.
