Of all the baffling decisions Pep Guardiola has made this season, sending Joe Hart on loan to Torino has to be right up there. The Manchester City boss seemed to take an immediate dislike to the England international, widely thought to be because he prefers goalkeepers who are better at passing the ball out from the back.In that vein, the Catalan brought in former Barcelona back-up Claudio Bravo, who has spent more time picking the ball out of the back of the net than kicking it out to his defenders.Hart had endured a difficult Euro 2016 with England, making a number of high-profile errors at the tournament.Despite all that, he should have no trouble finding a new club when his stint at Torino comes to an end.As much as the Serie A side would like to keep him on, they can't compete with Premier League clubs financially.According to The Sun, the 30-year-old is going to cost £20million, and the newspaper report that the decision as to who his next club will be is all but made. It's claimed Liverpool view the former Birmingham man as the ideal solution to their goalkeeping crisis. Jurgen Klopp has flitted between Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet this season, eventually deciding on the latter as his first choice.

City have changed their stance

The Belgian is far from fool-proof, however, and Klopp will almost certainly make signing a new number one a priority this summer.

The Reds started the season as title contenders but those hopes ended with an awful start to 2017. The Anfield dressing room could certainly benefit from some title-winning experience, which Hart can offer having lifted the trophy twice with the Sky Blues.

A year ago, City were reluctant to allow him to play for another English club, but it seems they're now happy to sell to a rival.

Perhaps that change of heart came after Hart made another howler against Crotone.

Hart's latest clanger

It wasn't even the first blunder he's made at Torino, as he keeps making the same mistake of parrying the ball out to his opponents.

A manager less headstrong than Guardiola might seriously consider taking Hart back regardless.

Bravo has done very little to prove he's good enough to be City's regular 'keeper, while second choice Willy Caballero is out of contract at the end of the season and is set to leave the Etihad.

Yet, as there's no room for him at City, Hart may now look to Liverpool to revive his career.
