The Problem Adrien Broner's career has not hit the heights that he once imagined, despite being a former four-weight world champion.

Since his loss to Shawn Porter back in 2015, Broner has been trying to rebuild his stock and has three victories to his name.

He has a record of 33-2 with his other loss coming against Marcos Maidana back in 2013 - two very respectable fighters to lose to.

But this week, Broner has made headlines outside of the ring after police found the Can Man's bullet-ridden SUV.

He was driving a rented Chevrolet Suburban and was stopped by police as he tried to cross into Kentucky and Broner was arrested by police in Covington, Cincinnati, on an open warrant.

Officers had been responding to reports of gunfire in the local area, and when they searched Broner’s car they found as many as eight bullet holes. The former prodigy of Floyd Mayweather claims he was followed by an unknown attacker as he left a bar called G-Money.

Broner, still only 27-years-old once stopped by police. but a video has been released of him being arrested by the officers on the scene.

Broner is seen saying "I'm rich, I don't give a f***," and he also refers to himself as a "celebrity."

He goes on to ask the officers not to put handcuffs on him as he has a fight coming up in June and he did not want his hands to be damaged, though it is not known who his opponent will be if that is true.

it is rumoured that the shooting actually dates back to a few years ago, but this was the first time that police in the area had been able to get a hold of The Problem.

Broner's career is in a delicate state right now. After defeating Adrían Granados via a split decision last time out, it is now expected that Broner will look to get back in the world title picture.

Given that there were talks of a world title fight with Ricky Burns before he lost his title to Julius Indongo earlier this month, a Broner V Indongo matchup would make sense for his next move.
