Chelsea’s FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham Hotspur this afternoon certainly didn’t disappointment.
England’s best two sides met and Wembley Stadium and put on a brilliant show, with six goals coming in 90 minutes and Chelsea winning 4-2.
Willian scored a free-kick in the fifth-minute to give Chelsea the lead but Harry Kane levelled just 13 minutes later.
The Blues regained the lead minutes before half-time when Son Heung-min fouled Victor Moses in the penalty area. Willian despatched the resulting spot-kick to give Chelsea a 2-1 advantage.
But, just as they did in the first half, Tottenham hit back again. Seven minutes after the restart, Christian Eriksen sent in a wicked cross that was turned home by Dele Alli.
Eden Hazard, who started the game on the bench, was Chelsea’s hero. The Belgian smashed home the winner with 15 minutes remaining, lashing a left-footed striker beyond Hugo Lloris.
The Belgian then turned provider, teeing up Nemanja Matic as the midfielder lashed the ball home from fully 30 yards to make it 4-2.
Conte demanded Willian take the penalty
Willian was replaced by Hazard with 30 minutes remaining but it became clear just how highly Antonio Conte rates the Brazilian when Chelsea were awarded a penalty in the first half.
Michy Batshuayi, who received a rare start ahead of Diego Costa, went after the ball, as any striker who has scored just five times all season would.
But Conte didn’t want Batshuayi to take the penalty and instead demanded Willian take it. Watch the video below - you can clearly see him shout: "Willian!"

After his earlier free-kick, you can see why the Chelsea manager wanted Willian on penalty duties.
Hazard changed the game for Chelsea
Yet Conte ran the risk of not having Willian around for penalties when he subbed the 28-year-old off.
Fortunately, Hazard was around to change the game for Chelsea.
The Blues will take on the winner of tomorrow’s other semi-final between Arsenal and Manchester City.
