Former Brighton goalkeeper John Sullivan is set to join League One rivals Millwall.

The 21-year-old, who made 17 appearances for the Seagulls, was released by Brighton boss Russell Slade at the end of the season and has agreed to join the Lions on July 1.

Sullivan told Millwall's official website: "I`m excited at the prospect of trying to get into the team next year.

"It is a great chance to come to a big club like Millwall that should be in the Championship. Hopefully next year we can try and have another go at getting back to that level."
