Boxing has missed Tyson Fury. Though he has remained visible on the sidelines and on social media, his presence in the ring has left something of a hole in the heavyweight division. The 28-year-old has not fought since beating Wladmir Klitschko back in November 2015, and while his opponent that day gears up to take on Anthony Joshua this weekend, Fury has been left to see out his peak years from his armchair.A mooted rematch with Klitschko failed to go ahead last year after he tested positive for cocaine, though he had been initially targeting a return to the ring in May.However, his suspension was still not complete by that point, and he was forced to postpone his comeback, and it now looks like that he will target July's fight between Billy Joe Saunders and Avtandil Khurtsidze as the ideal time to return. The Manchester-born fighter is keen to appear on the undercard of that fight and recently told his followers on social media that he would be heading out to Marbella to train. He had been forced to vacate his WBO and WBA world heavyweight titles the day before his license was suspended after claiming that he would be unable to defend them due to his ill-health.A report on the BBC claims that the BBBofC said that they would be monitoring Fury's behaviour during his suspension as it would be "pending further investigation into anti-doping and medical issues".It is believed that he will be made to appear before the board in order to prove that he is ready to return to competitive boxing.Recently he embroiled himself in a Twitter spat with Anthony Joshua, where the pair traded barbs and seemed to call each other out. However, earlier today he took to Twitter again to aim a dig at American fighter Deontay Wilder. The Bronze Bomber has been tipped to take on a number of British fighters recently but so far it hasn't happened.

"I see old bronze balls @BronzeBomber is spouting s*** again, don't call your self the champ unless u got this. When I'm back u first. B****," Fury said alongside a picture of a belt awarded to him from The Ring magazine.

Wilder hasn't fought a British fighter since he defeated Audley Harrison in 2013 but has been called out by both Fury and Tony Bellew recently, as well as being touted as a potential opponent for Anthony Joshua in the near future.
