Ahead of the blockbuster brawl between Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klischko, Joshua goes in with an undefeated record at 18-0.

With that in mind, people have been wondering if that will change after this weekend as the two meet at Wembley Stadium.

However, it turns out there is a man who has actually beaten Joshua in the ring after all.

Enter Mihai Nistor, a Romanian amateur boxer who traded blows with Brit in the European Amateur Championships in 2011, and knocked him out.

In an interview with the BBC, the 26-year-old remembered the words of his coach concerning Joshua's weaknesses.

"My trainer said: 'Don't worry, Joshua is big but he'll go down quickly if you punch him correctly.'

"I see many imperfections in Joshua… He leaves himself too visible [to take punches], I would study him for a month and create tactics with my coach.”

Are you reading this, Klitschko?

Despite this achievement, Nistor has struggled in comparison to Joshua in later endeavours.

He failed to qualify for the 2012 Olympic Games in London, whereas Joshua punched his way to a gold medal.

Success later followed for the current IBF champion, who earns millions for each time he steps into the ring. But Nistor, still an amateur, struggles to earn even a thousand dollars.

He lives in a small flat with his brother, with his income funded by the Romanian Army. Weird, right?

You'd think with this in mind that he could easily turn pro if he wanted to, but it turns out that Nistor refused to do so due to his views on boxing.

The Mirror reports him saying: “I am not too talented. But I love combat and I like to work… Hard work, hard work, hard work.

"If you don't have much talent but you work really hard, hard work will beat talent - every time.”

Can't really argue with the guy considering he knocked out the IBF champion.
