While Anthony Joshua and Wladimir Klitschko have been preparing for their world title fight on Saturday, Tyson Fury has also been trying to get himself into shape (not so) quietly in the background.Fury, who hasn't competed since beating Klitschko towards the end of 2015, is back in training and hopes to make his return to the ring in July.He has joined forces with Billy Joe Saunders on a training camp in Marbella and has been posting regular updates of his progress across his various social media accounts. The latest update was a post featuring footage of the 28-year-old back in the ring and going through the gears on the pads.Fury has vowed to lose 7.5 stone before he attempts to get back into world title contention. And as you can see in the video below, the former champion hasn't lost his natural in-ring instincts during his 18-month sabbatical.Despite being just four days into his training camp, Fury showed some exciting hand speed going around the ring.

Of course, there is still plenty of work for Fury to do to get back into the sort of shape he was in when he beat Klitschko in Germany, but his fans were certainly left impressed with what they saw.

Fury could make his comeback on the undercard of Billy Joe Saunders’ bout with Avtandil Khurtsize on July 8.

He will also face a National Anti-Doping Panel next month after being accused of taking a banned anabolic steroid.

The 'Gypsy King' has denied the allegations and is determined to make a return to competitive action.

"I've made my mind up. I am definitely, definitely going to return and return to my best," Fury said, as per The Mirror.

"I don't believe there's a heavyweight out there who can lace my boots up.

"I'm going to prove the world wrong yet again. They didn't give me a prayer last time. I will do it. 100 percent."
