If there’s anyone in WWE whose mind you want to get into, it’s Vince McMahon.

He’s the mastermind behind the empire which shook off stiff competition from WCW, and McMahon’s project continues to reach new heights as it’s still the number one professional wrestling promotion in the world.

BIOPIC

Throughout the years, we’ve heard some intriguing stories, to say the least, about Vince – some of which will probably remain a mystery forever.

However, we’re finally getting an insight into his hectic life as TriStar Pictures recently picked up his biopic titled Pandemonium. Judging by the script that WrestlingNews.co recently caught a glimpse of, it certainly lives up to the title.

Reading over it, the script is fictional and is absolutely horrendous.

They noted that it’s likely to change as WWE Studios is now on board with it, and McMahon originally wanted nothing to do with the movie when it was first pitched and it’s now been claimed that he gets the final say on everything.

Be prepared, things are about to get very weird – but that’s probably what you’d expect from a film revolving around Vince.

WEIRD SCRIPT

The movie starts in 1969 before Vince got into the wrestling business, and was a door-to-door salesman. Jim Crockett plays the role of Eric Bischoff and Ted Turner is portrayed as the main villain – even though he didn’t have a real-life vendetta with Vince other than having a rival promotion.

Vince meets his wife Linda in a strip club where she was working as a waitress, that’s despite the fact she actually worked as a receptionist at a law firm. They also noted that in the script, Vince feels Hulk Hogan needs to get bigger and introduces him to Dr. George Zaharian so he can get on steroids.

The movie also portrays the early WWWF years as a very old-time wrestling promotion that had trouble selling tickets, which apparently isn’t true as Vince would urge his father to look at wrestling from an entertainment aspect since fans didn’t care for it as a sport.

They added that Vince went to a Led Zepplin concert and realised that he needed to make wrestling like that, with music and lighting, before eventually going on to buy his father’s company for $1 million.

It gets stranger, as Shane and Stephanie were bullied in school because of a legal trial and then ended up ‘beating up the bullies,’ while another blatant lie has Andre the Giant as an owner of a French restaurant before Vince brought him into WWE.

One thing fans will hate, though, is that the script completely skips over the Attitude Era.

If Vince has the final say, you can bet he’s going to make some wholesale changes to this trainwreck.
