Few football fans are yet to be convinced that Antoine Griezmann is worthy of the relentless interest in acquiring his services.
The Atletico Madrid striker is arguably the hottest striker on the planet having so far added 16 goals and seven assists to his impressive career total this league season.
Girezmann has racked up 22 goals in all competitions during the three campaigns since he arrived at the Vicente Calderon from Real Sociedad in July 2014.

It goes without saying the France international has proven his worth at the highest level while justifying the enormous money currently associated with his potential exit from Atletico.
But while his goalscoring prowess is widely appreciated, Griezmann has recently demonstrated his qualities extend beyond putting the ball in the back of the net.
With Atletico boasting a 3-0 lead over Las Palmas just prior to half-time during their La Liga clash on Saturday, the 26-year-old was yet to get his name on the scoresheet.
That might have changed in the dying moments of the first period when Michel Macedo awkwardly slipped and fell to the ground as he moved to control the ball, allowing Griezmann to take possession and sprint towards goal.
However, after realising his opponent had genuinely hurt himself, the Atletico striker surrendered the golden opportunity and enabled Macedo to receive treatment by side-footing the ball out of play.
It was a commendable act of sportsmanship in a situation other players might consider taking advantage of.

The gesture did not change the course of the match, though, as Atletico marched on to thrash the hosts 5-0 and retain their three-point lead over fourth-placed Sevilla.
Griezmann failed to score in consecutive La Liga outings for just the third time in 2017, underlining the superb form that is likely to underpin a fierce scrap for his signature come the summer transfer window.
