When it comes to spending the hard earned cash he won when fighting, Anthony Joshua has his own way of doing things.

After taking Wladimir Klitschko to the cleaners on Saturday, he was in fact in the laundry parlour himself in Golder's Green, London, to pay off a £120 bill for his laundry.

Despite being worth millions as a boxer, Joshua still lives in a council flat with his mother and son, and such an act shows what a down to earth sort of man the champion still is.

Talking to the Mirror, Joshua made it clear on how he's spend his £15 million paycheck: “First off, I’ve got to pay my bill. It’s very big.”

His epic clash with Klitschko was one of the biggest fights in history, worth £50 million in tickets and revenue, and with the IBF, IBO and WBA titles all up for grabs.

Regardless of the outcome, each fighter was promised £10 million in prize money with a 50/50 purse split for the fight.

But while Joshua isn't interested in moving out of his council flat just yet, he's eyeing an even bigger paycheck for his next fight, with Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury as possible opponents.

“When I first started my career my aim was to become a millionaire. I need to be a billionaire.”

He did say that records were made to be broken once, so its hard to bet against it given his newfound reputation.

Without a doubt, a fight with the Gypsy King would be one that will get a massive buzz going given that both of the fighters are undefeated and have both beaten Klitschko.

Speaking to The Guardian: Joshua commented on his rematch prospects:

“I think that we can definitely find someone to dance with again, to bring that sort of attention again. Anyone with a belt is good, to add more to the [collection]. We could rematch Klitschko again. I think that would be good because of the type of fight we had. And I think even guys without a belt would be good. Tyson Fury obviously hasn’t got a belt.”

We'd definitely welcome that. Just make sure that you can pay your laundry bill, Joshua.
