Sheamus and Cesaro may have made the biggest mistakes of their lives last night (Sun. April 30, 2017).Last night The Hardys successfully defended their WWE RAW Tag Team Championships against the team of Sheamus and Cesaro on the WWE Payback pay-per-view (PPV). After the bout Sheamus and Cesaro seemed to handle the loss with some class, raising The Hardys hands and leaving them to celebrate inside the ring. After they left, however, Sheamus and Cesaro rushed back into the ring and attacked Matt and Jeff who were celebrating on the top ropes.Sheamus and Cesaro left The Hardys beaten, Matt in the ring and Jeff outside, making tonight's (Mon. May 1, 2017) Monday Night RAW a lot more interesting. After the attack, Sheamus took to Twitter to add insult to injury by firing off shots at The Hardys using some of Matt's 'Broken' terms:

The 'toothless' remark from Sheamus refers to a point in the match where Sheamus hit Jeff with a kick to the face, knocking out one of the former WWE Champ's teeth.

Matt was quick to respond to the 'OBSOLETE heretic':

Then Matt took it a step further and threatened to 'eat' the Irishman:

Matt ended his Twitter rant against Sheamus with a 'DELETE' GIF of he and his brother Jeff:

Hardy has been using a ton of 'Broken' lingo as of late in the midst of rumors that the WWE is attempting to purchase the gimmick from Impact Wrestling, who still claims ownership for the character and threatened legal action against Matt if he tries to use it elsewhere.

Despite a statement from Matt's wife, Reby, saying that rumors of WWE trying to purchase the gimmick are untrue, Matt continues to tease the debut of the character on WWE TV.

The character has taken over the professional wrestling world and is extremely over with fans. One can only hope that the iconic gimmick one day finds its way to the WWE Universe.

Chants of 'Delete' reign throughout WWE crowds despite the fact that Matt has yet to cut a 'Broken' promo in the WWE, and has broke (no pun intended) character a few times since signing with the company, something he absolutely refused to do for the past few years.

Do you think the full 'Broken' gimmick will ever find its way to WWE TV? Or will we have to settle for the half Team Extreme, half 'Broken' character we currently have?
