Real Madrid are perhaps the biggest global brand in football, so it's no surprise that they're signed with one of the biggest kit makers in the world - Adidas.

Although details of the partnership were never officially announced after the club signed a deal with Adidas in 2015, leaks suggest that it's worth a staggering £850 million to Real Madrid over the next seven years.

It means that the world's second richest football club (behind only Manchester United) will get even richer.

According to Football Leaks who have reported details of the deal, Los Blancos earn a fixed payment of £59 million each year from Adidas.

To add to that, the German corporation also give Madrid 22.5 per cent of the money earnt from club branded merchandise sales, which totals around £25 million each year.

There's also added financial incentives if the club is successful on the pitch too, which means the two parties signed a 10-year-contract worth over one billion euros.

Madrid will be paid £2.1 million each time they secure a Spanish La Liga title, but that payment could rise to above £3 million after 2020 due to inflation.

Adidas would have to fork out £4.2 million should Zinedine Zidane's side win the Champions League this term, and that could rise to £5.9 million if they win it in the next few seasons.

The kit manufacturer may be preparing to cough up this sum already, as Cristiano Ronaldo and co have one foot in this year's final, after a 3-0 win against rivals Atletico Madrid in their semi-final first leg on Tuesday.

There's another interesting part of the deal, with Adidas being given exclusive rights to host all of Madrid's trophy celebration events at the Cibeles fountain in the Spanish capital, where thousands of fans gather every time the club celebrate a triumph.

As the parades are subject to plenty of media coverage, expect to see Adidas logos plastered over everything to ensure maximum exposure. After all, they're paying an awful lot of money for the privilege.
