New Blackpool manager Ian Holloway is set to make Billy Clarke his first signing after agreeing terms with the Irish striker.

The 21-year-old was released by Ipswich at the end of the season and has agreed a two-year deal, with an option for a third year, with the Seasiders.

The deal is subject to a medical and will see the Cork-born forward officially become a Blackpool player on July 1 when his contract with Ipswich expires.
