Tye Dillinger will either be very loved or very hated for this.

Dillinger has made his jump to the WWE's main roster first by being a surprise entrant in January's Royal Rumble match in San Antonio, Texas. He was subsequently eliminated by 'The Monster Amongst Men' Braun Strowman.

Then on the April 4th edition of SmackDown Live, 'The Perfect 10' made his main roster debut by defeating Curt Hawkins. He is now a regular face on Tuesday nights, but he could be looking at a huge jump up in recognition with his latest tweak to his in-ring repertoire.

Recently Dillinger has been sporting a new version of his 'Tye Breaker' finisher, which has been described as a mix between a GTS and the original 'Tye Breaker'.

For his past few matches at Live Events, however, it appears as though Dillinger has adopted WWE Legend The Rock's finisher 'The People's Elbow'. A video has surfaced of Dillinger using the move during an NXT Live Event which you can check out here below:

Dillinger will either be praised for revitalizing a beloved move that hasn't seen the inside of a WWE ring for quite some time, or hated for attempting to steal a move already established by one of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time.

The Rock hasn't participated in a legitimate match since his WrestleMania meeting with John Cena back at WrestleMania 29 in 2013. He hinted at retirement from in-ring competition after the match as he suffered torn tendons that required surgical repair.

'The People's Champ' returned at WrestleMania 32 to announce a record-breaking attendance number before being interrupted by Bray Wyatt and The Wyatt Family. An impromptu match got underway between Rock and Erick Rowan, which The Rock won in six seconds.

It's the fastest WrestleMania win in the history of the event.

Now The Rock is involved in producing a film based on WWE Superstar Paige's wrestling family titled Fighting With My Family. The Rock seems a little too busy to be worried about Dillinger possibly 'stealing' his finisher.

It should be interesting to see if Dillinger begins implementing The People's Elbow into his move-set on WWE TV, and how the WWE Universe reacts to that.
