McIndoe Blades move stalls

Michael McIndoe's proposed move to Sheffield United has fallen through despite Bristol City believing a deal would go through.

The clubs had agreed a fee for the 29-year-old winger but Blades manager Kevin Blackwell announced on Tuesday night that he would not be pressing ahead with the deal.

Blackwell told the club's official website: "It looks that way but now we have Kyel Reid already signed and Julian Gray on trial and looking useful, so the situation is not as bad as it was - and last season we had virtually nothing down the left."
