Bristol City left-back Andre Blackman is set to be given the all-clear to resume full training after undergoing ankle surgery at the end of last season.
The 18-year-old is yet to make an appearance for the Ashton Gate club since signing from Portsmouth last month.
The Robins' assistant manager Keith Millen told www.thisisbristol.co.uk: "Andre is coming along nicely and we're hoping to be told he has been given the all-clear."
He added: "His recovery from the operation has gone as planned and he's been able to do some running and non-contact football training."
