McChrystal handed Terriers trial

Huddersfield have handed a trial to former Northern Ireland Under-21 captain Mark McChrystal.

McChrystal, 25, has recently terminated his contract with League of Ireland side Derry City and is a free agent. He has had previous spells with Wolves and Partick Thistle.

Meanwhile, Town midfielder Antony Kay and striker Theo Robinson have both returned to full training after missing the defeat at Millwall on Saturday.

Kay was taken ill ahead of the trip to London and seven-goal Robinson was struggling with an ankle injury.

Manager Lee Clark is hoping both players will be available for the home clash with Stockport on Saturday.
