Third-from-bottom Wycombe claimed a 1-1 in Coca-Cola League One, needing an 89th-minute strike from Ashley Chambers to cancel out Kevin Amankwaah's 17th-minute opener for Swindon.

Leyton Orient lifted themselves out of the bottom four with a 1-0 home win over Millwall, with Andros Townsend scoring his third for the Os since arriving on loan from Tottenham during the summer.

Hartlepool were the league's highest scorers of the day with a 3-0 win over Walsall at Victoria Park thanks to a double from Andy Monkhouse and one from Colin Larkin.

Craig Alcock and Andy Welsh gave Yeovil a 2-0 win at home to Brentford, while a 76th-minute Pawel Abbott penalty was enough to give Oldham a 1-0 success at Southend.

At the Priestfield Stadium, there was a fifth 1-1 draw of the day as Gillingham were held by Norwich, who played the final 56 minutes with 10 men.

After on-loan Newcastle goalkeeper Fraser Forster's dismissal, Simeon Jackson netted from the spot, only for the Canaries to grab an equaliser seven minutes into stoppage time through Darel Russell.
