Allen plays down Wycombe talk

Cheltenham manager Martin Allen has rejected rumours linking him with the job at Wycombe following Peter Taylor's departure.

The former Brentford, Leicester and MK Dons boss insists he is settled at the Robins and has no intention of leaving.

"I moved to Cheltenham six weeks ago and I'm very happy here," he told BBC Gloucestershire. "I know I have a hard job with the lowest budget in the league but there are no distractions for me."

He added: "I'm staying. We had a tough year last year and it's a challenge to manage here. I've no interest in Wycombe."
