Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor’s promotional world tour ahead of their superfight on August 26 hasn’t failed to disappoint. The pair came face-to-face in Toronto last night. One of the best moments came when Mayweather grabbed McGregor’s Irish flag. The UFC star then took Mayweather’s bag and took out the cash inside it."You do something with that flag, I'll f*** you up," McGregor said."That's it? There's about five grand in here. Just know you do something with that flag, you ain't getting this bag or this money back. I'll f*** you up on this stage."While many believe Mayweather won the opening press conference in Los Angeles on Tuesday, McGregor was definitely the victor in Canada. The Irishman started a ‘F*** the Mayweathers’ chant, which the McGregor-supporting crowd at the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts lapped up.

Mayweather made a surprise admission

Mayweather made an interesting admission on Tuesday that suggests one of two things: McGregor’s taunts have genuinely got to him, or that he’s surprisingly decided to play the underdog.

“Youth is on his side, size is on his side, reach is on his side,” Mayweather said.

“Everything is leaning towards him.”

A reporter then asked the 49-0 star: “Sounds like you think he’s going to win.”

“I’m just telling you what’s going on,” Mayweather responded.

“He’s active, I’ve been off for a couple of years. So every day it’s really leaning towards him.

“You know, I’m inactive, he’s active.”

‘Money’ could well be messing with the media. What reason would he have for playing the underdog?

Mayweather’s supporters will certainly hope his comments aren’t proof that cracks are beginning to appear; there are still two stops of the promotional tour to go.

McGregor stole the show

McGregor poked fun at Mayweather’s clothing and much-rumoured illiteracy in Toronto, saying: “You’re 40 f***ing years of age. Learn to dress.

“You’re carrying a schoolbag on stage. What do you need a schoolbag for? You can’t even read!”

McGregor, making his first appearance in the boxing ring, also called the American, “boxing’s biggest b****.”

The 28-year-old is the underdog heading into the fight.

But if he can produce two more impressive performances in the two remaining press conferences - in New York on Thursday and London on Friday - then he could gain a mental edge of his opponent.
