The Golden State Warriors are enjoying their offseason a lot better than they were last year after overcoming the Cleveland Cavaliers on this occasion to claim their second title in three years. After enduring a summer of being constantly reminded that they blew a 3-1 lead to the Cavs in 2016, they put that right and avenged that defeat last month in some style. The Warriors dispatched Cleveland in five games and have become one of the best teams ever assembled in NBA history. Some of the Dubs stars have taken trips overseas to wind down, with Klay Thompson heading to China and Draymond Green taking in the tennis at Wimbledon. However, Stephen Curry can probably claim the prize for doing the coolest thing this summer and with some stellar company. The two-time MVP was competing in the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship on Saturday and was joined by former NFL quarterback Tony Romo and global music star Justin Timberlake. The event is a way to bring a number of famous celebrities together to enjoy some fun, with a bit of golf thrown in there too. During the tournament, the trio decided to put the golf on hold for a moment and treat the fans to something else. With a basket conveniently placed and a basketball available, Timberlake began a sequence which saw him pass to Romo, who then lobbed a pass over to Curry who threw down a two-handed alley-oop.

The play drew loud cheers from the onlooking crowd and was certainly a highlight of the day for those fortunate enough to be there.

It could've been a heart in mouth moment for the Warriors, though, as they probably wouldn't have been too pleased to see their superstar going up for that sort of play in the offseason and risking a possible injury.

But Curry wasn't done there, however. Clearly in the mood to put on a show for the fans in attendance, the four-time All-Star grabbed a football and in true quarterback fashion, threw a perfect pass to a man who leaped off a boat and into the lake after making an impressive catch.

Curry's pass was good but the catch was even better and he may have taken the limelight away from the Dubs superstar on that occasion.

With the new season not due to begin until October, we may be seeing more of these kinds of antics from the 29-year-old throughout the summer.
