If there was one trend to emerge last season that the majority fans hate it was some of the cringe-worthy celebrations. It didn't matter what kind of goal had been scored, if the likes of Paul Pogba, Jesse Lingard, Dele Alli or Harry Kane were involved you could probably expect a secret handshake or dance routine to be rolled out.Of course, they aren't causing anyone any harm but to the traditional supporter, such theatrics just aren't really necessary after you've kicked a ball over a line. However, those same fans who frown upon the modern celebrations will be pleased not every footballer at the highest level is prepared to give up on the sport's old traditions just yet.Juan Mata and Ander Herrera have aimed a dig at Pogba and Lingard by revealing their 'new' celebration for the upcoming season.Man United are currently on a pre-season tour of America and take on local rivals Man City in the early hours of Friday morning. But the Red Devils' Spanish pair took some time out of training to troll their teammates in a video posted via the club's official Twitter account on Wednesday. As you can see below, Mata's 'new' celebration is actually just the old-fashioned handshake.Herrera almosts hold it together as the pair walk off with a straight a face until the end, when he bursts into laughter.

That's more like it!

We'll just have to wait and see how Pogba and Lingard respond to the jibe now.

The likelihood is it will only encourage the dabbing duo to put even more effort into their celebrations - if that is even possible.
