Alexis Sanchez dropped yet another hint that he wants to leave Arsenal on Sunday when he admitted he wants to play Champions League football. In addition, the 28-year-old claimed he has made a decision on his future and that the ball is now in Arsene Wenger's court."The truth is that the decision doesn't depend on me," Sanchez told a local Chilean radio station, per the Guardian. "I have made my decision, but now we wait for a response from Arsenal."It depends on them, I have to wait to know what they want. My idea is to play and win the Champions League, it is a dream I have had since I was little."Wenger soon caught wind of Sanchez's worrying comments and responded by insisting that under no circumstances will he be sold this summer.Manchester City are known admirers of the Chilean and want to strike a deal, with Pep Guardiola keen to reunite with Sanchez after managing him at Barcelona."I don't give too much importance to things that are translated, you know," Wenger said. "The whole interview that I got didn't really mean that.

"The decision has been made and we will stick to that. The decision is not to sell."

Sanchez now has his answer, meaning his best chance of leaving Arsenal is running out the remaining 12 months of his contract and joining someone on a free next summer.

A lot can change in a year, though, and Wenger will only hope he can prove to Sanchez that the Emirates Stadium is where he belongs.

Convincing the Chilean won't be easy, but if there's one player that can 'assist' any new deal, it's Mesut Ozil.

Ozil has reportedly decided to stay at Arsenal and he clearly wants Sanchez to do the same judging by his latest tweet.

Sanchez is a big lover of golden retrievers - he has two called Atom and Humber - and so Ozil linked him a post featuring several pictures of the breed (see below).

Ozil even used Sanchez's dogs as hashtags, which Arsenal fans think is the German's clever way of trying to make him stay. Here's how Twitter reacted.

ARSENAL FANS REACT

It's looking increasingly likely that Sanchez will stay to see out his final 12 months, giving Arsenal the time they need to provide the Champions League football he craves.
