What a difference five days can make to a club's summer transfer window. This time last week, Antonio Conte had only completed two signings for Chelsea: Willy Caballero on a free transfer and Antonio Rudiger from Roma for £29 million. However, fast forward seven days and Conte has signed a two-year contract, captured Tiemoue Bakayoko for £34 million and, it would appear, struck a deal for Alvaro Morata.Chelsea and Real Madrid have agreed a £58 million fee for the Spain international which could rise to £70 million if certain add-ons are triggered.Morata must now agree personal terms with the Blues and then pass a medical, although both seem like foregone conclusions. It's a great move for both parties, in truth, given Conte's need for a new striker and Morata's desire to play more regularly.Diego Costa is set to leave Chelsea for Atletico Madrid, while Morata has played second fiddle to Karim Benzema for one season too many at the Bernabeu.A number of Morata's Real teammates have reacted to the news that Chelsea will sign him, including Sergio Ramos, and now he has spoken out for the first time.In an interview with AS, Morata explained how he's "very happy" to be joining Conte's side and that the deal should go through on Thursday. And perhaps more interestingly, the 24-year-old added that Fernando Torres has told him he will help in whatever way possible to make sure he settles in at Stamford Bridge."It has been a slightly strange summer for me," he began, having come close to joining Manchester United. "A lot of things have happened."In the end, if God wishes, tomorrow I will be at a club that have wanted me for years, with a gaffer whom I have spoken to constantly. So I'm really happy.

"I have spoken with [Cesar] Azpilicueta. And also with Fernando Torres, who has told me he’ll give me a hand with whatever I need."

Torres left Chelsea permanently for AC Milan in 2015, yet he still wants to help Morata and make sure he has everything he needs in west London. What a guy.

Morata also shared a few comments on Conte, saying: "I'm going to the team managed by the coach who has placed the most faith in me, and that's great for me."
