Almost each and every week the WWE world grasps onto a story that could suggest CM Punk returns to professional wrestling - so here's this week's.Punk left WWE back in 2014 just after the Royal Rumble citing frustration with his then-position in the company as well as for part-timers coming back to take the top spots on WrestleMania cards - amongst other things. Following his departure the WWE Universe has been running rampant and is still holding out hope for his return, as chants of 'CM Punk' still ring out across stadiums world-wide at various WWE events. After departing from the world of professional wrestling, Punk decided to venture into the world of mixed martial arts (MMA), a longtime love he has held throughout his life. "The Cult Of Personality" began training with one of the most respected gyms in the sport, Roufusport, and dedicated two years of his life to doing so.He finally made his debut on the UFC 203 pay-per-view (PPV) card against young up-and-coming welterweight prospect Mickey Gall. Punk was defeated in the first round by way of submission after surviving just over two minutes. Despite the fact that he was unsuccessful in his debut, Punk claims that he'd like to continue fighting and has no intentions of quitting - whether it's in the UFC or not.UFC President Dana White admitted that if Punk did decide to fight again, it probably won't be in the UFC. Punk noted during a radio appearance earlier this month that he'd most likely know about his future with the promotion in the coming weeks.Punk losing his MMA debut brought even more hope to fans who believed he'd run back to the world of professional wrestling after an unsuccessful attempt at a career swap. Those hopes were fed this past week, when various WWE and gaming fans witnessed a rather odd advertisement for the WWE on Hulu.Hulu was advertising SmackDown Live, which can be viewed on Hulu, with a picture of CM Punk front and center. Various fans took to Twitter to react to what they had witnessed:

Many fans are hoping this is an advertisement hint at things possibly to come at SummerSlam next month, however, it's most likely a mistake on either the WWE or Hulu's part and means nothing more than that.
