Arsenal and Alexis Sanchez, a marriage on the brink of divorce this summer with the Chilean forward seemingly on the verge of departing north London.
The 28-year-old has just one year left on his current contract and with no sign of an extension in sight, the likes of Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain feel confident that they can acquire him.
Nevertheless, Arsene Wenger has maintained that Sanchez is going nowhere and is determined to keep him regardless of whether he signs a new deal before the upcoming season commences.

It would be a huge blow for the Gunners to lose their talisman, particularly after the former Barcelona forward enjoyed his finest campaign on English shores last season.
Sanchez managed 24 Premier League goals and without him, Wenger's side probably would have finished a lot further down the table.
Fans are desperate to keep him, pundits have urged Arsenal to do whatever they can to prolong his stay and it seems even the club's former players are looking to do their bit to keep the Chilean international.
And, former Gunners star Ray Parlour - who is aptly nicknamed the 'Romford Pele' - took to Twitter to tell fans his plan of making sure that Sanchez is seen playing at the Emirates on a regular basis next season.
PARLOUR'S OPTIMISTIC POST
So, the Englishman - who is known to be a big fan of the occasional beer - has a true master plan to make sure Arsenal's star doesn't leave; getting him drunk and then proceeding to hand him the contract.
Surely that would be a great hangover story, though; woke up in my mansion with Twitter going mad that I'd signed a new contract, perfect.
After losing stars like Cesc Fabregas, Robin van Persie and Samir Nasri in recent years, keeping Sanchez is almost a matter of pride for Wenger.
If he joins City, fans will likely go into open rebellion and the Gunners will have regressed, despite adding Alexandre Lacazette to their squad.
