Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has been a breath of fresh air since arriving in the Premier League.

The Italian joined Chelsea last summer and many were quick to question the fact he'd never managed a club team outside of his home nation.

But come May, he had won many plaudits with fans, players and pundits all praising him.

He led the Blues to domestic glory in his first season, winning the league by finishing seven points clear of nearest rivals Tottenham.

They also set records with 13 consecutive wins in a row and a total of 30 victories over the course of the season.

He was denied a perfect end to the campaign when Arsenal beat Chelsea at Wembley in the FA Cup final, but even so the Blues had a great season.

And it wasn't just what his team were doing on the pitch that won Conte a lot of respect. It was his actions on the touchline that have also excited fans throughout the last year.

From the opening day of the season against West Ham, the Italian showed he would kick every ball and celebrate every goal as Chelsea stormed to the title.

He's come face to face with opposition coaches, jumped in to celebrate with Chelsea fans and even ripped his suit trousers.

Given all this, it's no surprise that Conte's revealed his touchline antics are causing physical side-effects.

"I finish the game and I’m destroyed,” the 47-year-old said, as per the Mirror

“I think I lose 2-3 kilos during the game. For sure in the future my strength will be less and then maybe I will try to keep myself calm and more seated.”

Even though he's hinted at it, don't expect too much to change next season, as Conte has already been just as animated throughout his teams pre-season tour of Asia.

Chelsea have been beaten 2-1 by Inter Milan in their final game at the National Stadium in Singapore.

Despite dominating the second half, the English champions couldn't find an equaliser and if that happens when the season kicks off in August, expect to see Conte going berserk on the touchline.
