Reading winger James Henry has signed a contract extension to stay at the Madejski Stadium until the summer of 2011.
The 20-year-old has been on the fringes of the Reading side for the past two years and is currently enjoying a second loan spell with League One side Millwall, where he has scored four goals in five starts.
Director of football Nick Hammond said: "James is an exciting player who is still very young. He is continuing his football education at Millwall and is a player we have high hopes for in the future."
