Notts County twice came from behind to earn a thrilling 3-3 draw with Bury and stretch their unbeaten run to 10 matches.
The Shakers stormed into a 2-0 lead through Daniel Nardiello and Andy Morrell, only for a Lee Hughes double to bring County level before the break.
Stephen Dawson's superb 50th-minute strike put Bury back in front but Matt Ritchie's 77th-minute equaliser prevented Bury climbing above fifth-placed Notts.
Buoyed by their biggest crowd of the season of 3,602, Bury made a superb start with Nardiello claiming a ninth-minute opener.
The Blackpool striker arrived on Friday on a one-month loan deal and slotted past Kasper Schmeichel from Danny Racchi's through-ball.
Nardiello then squared for fit-again Morrell to double Bury's lead in the 19th minute before Notts regrouped, playing some excellent football.
Hughes turned in Luke Rodgers' low centre to pull one back before heading home from Ritchie's left-wing cross in the 38th minute.
Dawson beat Schmeichel from 25 yards and the hosts look set to hang on until Dave Buchanan failed to clear Hughes' cross and Ritchie pounced to slam home.
Bury keeper Wayne Brown then twice denied Hughes to secure a well- deserved point for the Shakers.
