WWE SummerSlam is just around the corner and it looks like it could be an incredible event with 11 amazing matchups on the match card. The main event of the show on August 20 looks set to be the Fatal 4-Way match for the WWE Universal Championship between Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, Samoa Joe, and Braun Strowman. While in the past, the outcome of main event matches has been leaked, WWE has done their best this time around in order to keep the winner of the match a secret and, at the moment, many believe the clash could end in several different ways.

LIVE COVERAGE

GIVEMESPORT will broadcast live coverage of the US PGA Championship on Facebook. Day 2 coverage starts Friday 11 August, 18:00-00:15 HERE.

The main angle which a lot of fans have been focusing on is the future of The Beast in the WWE, as it has been pushed during the build up to this match over the past couple of weeks that if Lesnar was to lose the match, and therefore his title, he alongside Paul Heyman would leave the company.

This has further teased the possibility of Lesnar going back to the UFC to fight against the UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones in a super fight. Bones has been teasing this for the past few weeks by calling Lesnar out on social media and after his win against Daniel Cormier at UFC 214.

On his Twitter account, Jones has now teased an appearance at SummerSlam to watch his potential future opponent defend the Universal title in the Fatal 4-Way against Reigns, Joe, and Strowman.

The UFC Light Heavyweight Champion was asked by a fan if he would be at ringside at SummerSlam to watch Lesnar wrestle in the main event of the show. He replied to the question by saying: "It's crossed my mind."

It is unlikely Jones will get involved in the actual match up unless WWE was going to do something with him in the future. He probably wouldn't even be shown on TV unless they were going to do something with him.

Then again, Bones is contracted to UFC and they probably don't want one of their best active assets right now getting physical in unrelated circumstances to his career inside the Octagon unless it would benefit them as well.

We'll just have to wait and see if WWE decides to show Jones on their programming if he does turn up. They did do a recent YouTube video about him and Lesnar, so that's a good sign they might, but it's not a guarantee.
