As far as loyalty goes, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang hasn’t shown a great deal during his four years at Borussia Dortmund.
Yes, the Gabon international has remained at a club that has had to cope with Bayern Munich’s dominance in Germany, and he’s always produced the goods for Dortmund.
But barely a few months go by without the 28-year-old openly expressing a desire to play for another club.

Back in March of 2016, Aubameyang revealed a promise he made to his grandfather to play for Real Madrid.
“Real Madrid? There is no agreement but I promised my grandfather I would play there one day,” he told beIN Sports.
“Why wouldn't I want to discover new things? As I've said several times, I'd like to play in Spain and have good weather for once in my life!”
Aubameyang's Instagram stream revelation
It’s quite surprising that Aubameyang has managed to spend four years at Dortmund without doing a Dimitri Payet and forcing his exit.
He may be content in Germany but there’s no doubt he doesn’t envision retiring a Dortmund player.
And during a live stream on Instagram, the striker named a different team who he wants to play for.
Aubameyang joined AC Milan’s youth team in 2007 and, following loan spells at four different clubs, signed a permanent deal with Saint-Etienne in 2011.
When asked if he fancied a return to Milan, Aubameyang replied: “I would like to but they are not doing anything [to make it happen]. What can I do?"
First, Ousmane Dembele handed in a transfer request. Now this.
It’s been a tough week for Dortmund, even despite their 4-0 win over Rielasingen-Arlen in the DFP Pokal on Saturday.
Aubameyang missed training today
Dortmund held a training session on Sunday morning but Aubemayang missed out, with the club confirming a slight cold kept him out.
However, Sky Germany claim that the Gabonese star left training after 30 minutes.
Liverpool fans annoyed that Philippe Coutinho has submitted a transfer request understand just what Dortmund are going through.
But Aubameyang has reached new levels of disloyalty by publicly stating his desire to sign for Milan.
If he wasn’t such a valuable member of Peter Bosz’s side, Dortmund probably would have cut ties with Aubameyang some time ago.
