Titus O'Neil announced prior to RAW being broadcast that he had convinced RAW GM Kurt Angle to hold the match several days early.

It would prove to be an enormous decision fort he brand as the long serving Cruiserweight Champion Neville would be dethroned.

The King of the Cruiserweights is no longer the ruler of the division as Tozawa was finally able to overcome Neville.

Bringing a title to the Titus Brand, Tozawa becomes the first Champion to be represented by the former Prime Time player.

Tozawa and Neville engaged in a thrilling match with O'Neil at ringside but it all changed when the Champion looked to return to a former favourite of his.

Neville Had Tozawa in position to deliver the Red Arrow but the challenger would move before he could land.

Tozawa would take his chance though and climb to the top rope himself and deliver the flying Senton Bomb.

The win would mark Tozawa's first title win in WWE and bring an end to Neville's seven month span as the Cruiserweight Champion.

No change planned

While the fans probably never saw the title change coming, it hasn't changed plans for the title at Summer Slam.

Tozawa and Neville will still face off in a Cruiserweight title match at Summer Slam however Neville will now play the role of challenger.

Ever since winning the title at the Royal Rumble, Neville has looked almost irreplaceable at the top of the Cruiserweight division.

His reign is now over and it will be interesting to see just how long Tozawa is able to hold the belt.
